Phew.. How violent we are..!
Come the festive season and we the so-called deciples of non-violence gears up and grabs the every possibility to celebrate the season with fun-filled colourful moments. Be it the “chemical-colour” during Holi or the colourful dresses during Id and Durga Puja (Dusshera), or the excessive use of Bombs; err… err… I mean crackers; our love to celebrations is the extreme and here we differ from the materialistic west – and we love our culture.

India is a nation where every 200 miles the spoken language changes! A nation such diverse and vast in culture. So why not we be celebrating the same with the extreme blend of joy and brotherhood? I am here not to give a lecture on the ‘Cosmopolitan India’, but I definitly want to point out that the glowing light outside the White House during Diwali night (Barak Obama celebrating Diwali in White House) points out that India is shining.. if not regularly but definitly at times.. The aam admi is shining..
