Congress wön..! UPA set to return to power..
It seems very unlikely just a few days back, but now.. its the truth.. the reality.. So here come the dead end to the speculations. Be it NDA or the UPA, the best thing that happened to the country is the ‘kick’ that the opportunistic political parties got.. Had it been a hung parliament, the likes of Mayawati, Jayalalita, Mulayam Singh, the Left and even Laloo would have twisted-turned and if not again twisted, the policies of the Government.. So a good sigh of relief now..

Although I thought for a change, but this is the most pleasent change I could have wanted. The dictatorship in Bengal is melting, the country-men understanding the menance of regionalism and the politics based on that.. What else can we demand?

Manmohan Singh can be said to be a weak person, but he was so because he was forced to satisfy all.. It was somewhat like having 5 girlfriends and trying to find a balance between them! But now the citizens have given him the mandate to decide.. This is the right time now for the new government to take a fresh look into the policies and come up with strong ideas..

For the BJP, its the proper time to go for an image make-over. India needs people like Rahul, not ‘Varuns’.. These ‘Varuns’ have always hurt’ed the sentiments of the society..

Sorry to say to the regional parties, with regionalism being the primary agenda, this mandate seems to be the starting of a new era of national politics in the country.. After all, this election is a sigh of relief.. At least no ‘Pappu’ will come and start blackmail politics..
